Everyone goes through challenging periods and becomes ‘stuck’ at times.

As a psychologist, I aim to support you on your journey towards self-awareness and self- knowledge so you can become ‘master of your thoughts’ and re/connect to the life that aligns with your values and needs.

Psychology is the study of human behaviour; what make us tick, what drives us and motivates us, how our brain works and how we can make our brains work for us.

Through better understanding ourselves and how our personality and experiences combine to shape our perception, create our perspective and direct our actions, we can achieve happier, more fulfilling lives.

I provide a non-judgemental and safe therapeutic space and work collaboratively with you to support you finding your own solutions, navigate through the stormy patches of the journey of life, and discover what is important to you.

 

In-person and remote options

I am located in Margaret River and offer in person sessions as well as teletherapy for those living elsewhere or unable to make it to the clinic.

I acknowledge the Wadandi People of the Noongar Nation as the traditional custodians of the land where I live and pay my respect to Elders past and present and their ongoing connection to the land.

    Therapy and parenting sessions for parents of neurodivergent children and children with behavior issues.

  • Teletherapy

    If visiting the clinic is not an option, online sessions are available.
